Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. As you use the platform, we store the URLs you submit, the timestamps and outcomes of each submission, and your credit usage. We do not collect more than what is needed to operate the service and show you an accurate history of your own activity.
How we use your information
Your account details and submission history are used to run your dashboard, track your credit balance, and let you review past submissions. Submitted URLs are passed to the WebSub/RSS discovery hubs configured for your submission so those services can process them — we do not use your submitted URLs for any other purpose.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Your data is shared only with the third-party indexing channels necessary to process the URLs you explicitly submit, and with our infrastructure provider (Appwrite) which stores and secures your account and submission data on our behalf.
Data security
Your account and submission data are isolated per user with document-level permissions — other users cannot read your submissions or credit history. Passwords are managed by our authentication provider and are never stored in plain text.
Your rights
You can update your name, email, and password at any time from your Profile page. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account, contact us at support@eazyrank.in.
